You are invited to attend the Build America Bureau’s (Bureau) Public-Private Partnerships (P3) Showcase: Advancing Projects, Unlocking Investment on October 27 and 28, 2026, from 9:00 am to 4:30 p.m. ET each day at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) Headquarters in Washington, D.C. This event will bring together USDOT leaders, asset owners, private developers, investors, financial, technical, and legal experts to provide early market feedback, share best practices and lessons learned, and help state, local, and tribal sponsors accelerate market-ready projects. Each day will include panel discussions and asset owner-led small concurrent workshops on selected project concepts and challenges (detailed agenda to follow). Attendees may choose which workshops to participate in during the event or can submit projects for consideration for their own workshop in advance.

If you would like your project to be considered for a workshop during the P3 Showcase, please submit your information by Monday, September 14.

- Entry Instructions: Check-in tables will be inside the main entrance of the William T. Coleman, Jr. and Norman Y. Mineta Federal Building. REAL ID-compliant identification documents are required for check-in. Re-screening is required when attendees return for the afternoon session.
