The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has announced a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) Program, a competitive grant program that supports projects aimed at improving the safety, efficiency, and reliability of passenger and freight rail systems across the United States.
