The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL) have launched a new survey to gather insights on the use of innovative financing strategies for transportation projects across Nebraska.
A select group of transportation professionals has been invited to participate in this important research effort. The study aims to better understand agencies’ experiences with innovative finance and identify opportunities to strengthen transportation project delivery throughout the state.
Participants are encouraged to share their expertise by completing the survey, which takes approximately 15–25 minutes. Respondents may save their progress and return to complete the survey at any time before September 30.

Participation is entirely voluntary. Respondents may skip any question or withdraw from the survey at any time. All responses will be used solely for research purposes and will not be publicly shared in a manner that identifies individual participants or agencies.
The research team appreciates the time and expertise of those participating. Their input will help inform future transportation financing strategies and contribute to improving project delivery across Nebraska.
