This webinar explores common challenges and best practices in managing post-let requirements for alternative delivery infrastructure projects under NEPA and related environmental laws. With design finalization occurring after initial environmental approvals, public and private partners must navigate the necessary NEPA and permit updates at significant risk to project cost and schedule. Drawing on insights from 45 expert interviews and 3 case studies, the session will illustrate the complexities of navigating environmental processes across a multi-organizational delivery network. Attendees will gain an understanding of proactive risk management strategies essential to the success of dynamic, large-scale infrastructure projects.
