The Build America Center is leading a FREE capacity-building workshop to inform and educate public sector principles and practitioners about best practices and lessons learned in delivering Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects. The workshop will explore topics of innovative delivery methods, including public-private partnerships; value capture techniques and their applications; innovative financing including Federal financing programs and learn from recent case studies.
The workshop is scheduled for the day before the Transportation Infrastructure Summit, already located at the Omni San Diego Hotel. This event is open to public sector employees, however, space is limited so register right away!
The Transportation Infrastructure Summit is where public agencies can learn how to deploy alternative project delivery models to bring their critical transportation projects to completion faster and more efficiently.
