Utilities-related risks threaten the successful, on-schedule delivery of infrastructure projects, and especially in alternative delivery settings. This webinar engages a panel of state DOT experts in discussion about these important issues. Experiences and differences in perspective between state practitioners will be explored. Participants can expect to gain an appreciation for the complexity of utilities risk in different state environments, along with consensus best practices for the management of utilities risk in alternative delivery contexts.
