Grant Support

The Build America Center is deeply committed to supporting local governments, particularly those in underserved communities, by providing technical assistance for Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) grant applications and implementation to develop vital infrastructure projects. Over the fiscal years 2023-2024, BAC has worked closely with over 20 local governments, aiding in their navigation of BIL grant opportunities and access to federal credit. Our efforts span a wide range of services including strategic planning, data analysis, and grant development, tailored to enhance the capacity of these localities to secure and manage federal funding effectively. BAC’s support covers various BIL programs such as RAISE, INFRA, Rural, SMART, SS4A, RCN, CFI, ADCMS, LCTM, etc.  which are designed to address the diverse infrastructure needs across different regions and communities.  Our partnerships have included a broad array of local entities such as
