Georgia Department of Transportation and the State Road and Tollway Authority have recently awarded the SR 400 Express Lanes project to SR 400 Peach Partners. The project is the first revenue risk P3 project in Georgia, and the first of a broad and ambitious network of managed lanes in the Atlanta-Metro region to provide reliable travel times and expanded transit. It is also historic in its scale, representing one of the largest P3 projects ever awarded in North America. This webinar will focus on how GDOT and its partners navigated complex market conditions and worked collaboratively with the market to structure a procurement and project that resulted in exceptional benefits to the public.
